The Department of Economic Development (DED) in Dubai has associated with the Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority (DSOA), Smart Dubai initiative and IBM. The association is aimed at the development of a business registry on a blockchain platform. The registry would assist in the business operations and compliance services. Dubai Silicon Oasis would be implementing the project at first.
