Blockstream’s Bitcoin Satellite Service Comes To Asia-pacific

Blockstream, a  Blockchain technology company on Monday announced its satellite service is now available for users in the Asia-Pacific region. Users can now send Bitcoin transactions through outer space with support for lightning network transactions. Its CEO Adam Back said the service was aimed at individuals with limited internet access or who otherwise face issues accessing bitcoin.

The Chairman of the Commons Foundation stated, “More than 80 percent of its electricity is exported overseas. We will build the world’s largest mining center in Paraguay using low-cost and abundant clean energy.”
