The Comcast has partnered Viacom and Spectrum Reach in developing an enterprise graded blockchain platform. The CDO of Viacom, Kern Schireson explained, “Sophisticated audience targeting is available in the market, but it is a clunky, expensive and slow process. Using a blockchain alternative would significantly lower such costs while reducing the ad-load time and increasing audience yield.â€
