According to the report, an additional emergency court order has been received by the U.S Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) that urges the assets of Fraudulent ICO to be frozen. Previously, an initial-coin offering of Lacroix was hit with a freeze order during December last year for securities fraud which was later unsealed on June 18th.
