High Court in Delhi will hear the plea by CoinRecoil on the 24th of May. A writ petition has been filed by the company claiming that the RBI’s decision to prohibit crypto activities violates Article 14 of the Indian Constitution. The court has issued notices to the RBI, Union of India and the Ministry of Finance and GST Council.
