Russia’s Federal Security Services (FSB) has banned Telegram in the whole country post the launch of its ICO. The order to block the app has been given to the telecommunication companies since the company refused to yield its encryption keys to the authorities. Although Telegram is not the only private messaging app, however, it is the most widely used in the country.
