Due to the banning of ICOs by the South Korean financial regulators, the cryptocurrency firm in the country has decided to register their ICO overseas instead. A CEO of a local cryptocurrency firm explained that â€œIt takes at least 200 million won to 300 million won (US$179,775 to US$269,663) to launch a subsidiary in Singapore and receive consulting services.
