The retail mammoth based in USA Overstock, owned tZero has launched a digital wallet and exchange app for crypto which it boast as a hack-resistant solution for trading and storing cryptocurrencies. Its CEO Noursalehi explained, “It will store private keys directly on users’ smartphones, which is expected to provide maximum security, in contrast to more vulnerable third-party exchange.”
Chaum, American cryptographer who invented a secure, privacy-preserving digital currency back in 1982 told that he believes that increased awareness around privacy and digital sovereignty in the contemporary era has paved the way for blockchain and cryptocurrencies. He belives that privacy-oriented messaging systems integrated with payments will be the real killer app.
A free application is available for Android smartphones called Crypto Rocket allows user to track around 2000 cryptocurrencies at your palm including major platforms such as Kraken, Coinbase, Bitfinex, and Localbitcoins (a P2P exchange). It will notify users when the price of a particular coin crosses a certain threshold by using customizable price alerts. It also supports fiat money: Indian rupee, Russian ruble, South African rand, & Brazilian real.

The Robinhood crypto trading application is to present candlestick charts to the users. The chart would help the users to observe the price movements for each cryptocurrency supported by the application. The spokesperson of the company stated, “Bringing this feature to Robinhood will significantly improve the customer experience and help investors make better-informed decisions.”
