The Ethereum Classic Labs has recently introduced a new project with the aim to support the launch of new projects and the implementation on Ethereum Classic. The CEO of Ethereum Classic Labs, Terry Culver explained, “We are excited to provide our technical and marketing experts to the growing community of developers and entrepreneurs building on Ethereum Classic.”
The Coinbase exchange has declared the inclusion of Ethereum Classic (ETC) to its Ethereum-based wallet. The wallet has been recently updated so as to enhance its functionality and enable the users to store and access nearly 100,000 plus ERC-20 tokens on the Ethereum blockchain with ETH and ETC. A new gallery for crypto collectibles has also been added.
The Hotbit exchange has declared the addition of Ethereum Classic (ETC), Ripple (XRP) and Litecoin (LTC) on its platform from 1st of November. Reportedly, the exchange is graded as the 50th largest exchange observing the trading volume. The new cryptocurrencies listed on the platform are to be traded in BTC and ETH transactions.
The Ethereum Foundation has donated $150,000 worth ETC to the ETC Cooperative. Reportedly, the donation made would help the companies strengthen their relationship. The Ethereum’s Virgil Griffith expressed, “As such it in our mutual interest to work together, wherever possible, to meet them. This donation is the Ethereum Foundation investing in a long-term positive-sum relationship with ETC.”
The Program Director at ETC Labs, Elizabeth Kukka has recently revealed in a recent interview about the launch of an incubator pilot programme to fuel the innovative projects on the Ethereum Classic blockchain-based start-ups. Elizabeth Kukka commented, “They will also have the opportunity to pitch their ideas to a roomful of investors at our launch event on October 25th.”
The Circle Internet Financial has affirmed that EOS, Stellar, 0x, and Qtum have been added to the Circle Invest. The platform already supports Bitcoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum Classic, Litecoin, Zcash, and Monero. The Circle team revealed, “We recognize the need to educate our customers and bring clarity to this fascinating, yet complex asset class.”
The Bitmain-backed mining pool BTC.com is diversifying its offerings to add Ethereum and Ethereum Classic mining pools. The mining pool would also add mining facilities of cryptos such as Litecoin, ZCash, and Monero. The new mining pools would also extend GPU and CPU mining options. Reportedly, the GPU mining is much more secure.
The crypto enthusiast and founder of Morgan Creek Digital, Anthony Pompliano tweeted regarding the trading of cryptos namely Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Litecoin on Yahoo Finance platform. The statistical data of various digital currencies such as Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum Classic, and EOS are available. However, the platform does not support the purchase and sale of such cryptos.
The eToro trading network had added IOTA to its platform. The other digital assets supported by the platform include Bitcoin, Ethereum, Bitcoin Cash, XRP, Litecoin, Ethereum Classic, Dash, Stellar, EOS, ADA, and NEO. The cryptocurrency is to be added to its Crypto CopyFund. The co-founder and CEO of eToro stated, “IOTA aims to be the ‘ledger of everything.’
The Coinbase crypto exchange has affirmed about the reduction of annual management fee for the Coinbase Index Fund from 2% to 1%. The Coinbase Index Fund has been modified to include Ethereum Classic after its listing on Coinbase. The exchange also revealed about the exploration of Cardano, 0x, BAT, Zcash and Stellar blockchain assets for listing.
